We are looking for experienced Commis and Sous chefs for a number of our clients who are 4 and 5* restaurants and hotels.
The right candidate will have minimum of 3 years experience in a busy environment – they will be looking to sharpen their skills working under excellent first class chefs.
Most positions are live in – ie the Highlands and Islands – though we do have a couple that are locale based.
